Mariana believes design can be used to create positive social change. She has had the opportunity to work for mission-driven organizations that supported women’s empowerment, and educational and health benefits for Veterans. She is originally from Mexico City, and after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, immigrated to the United States. More recently she completed a certificate program in Web Design at the George Washington, Corcoran School of the Arts and Design.
